AUTOMATIC BAGGING MACHINE FYQ 20/50

Description

TWO MODELS:

FYQ 20/50 STANDARD Machine model with fixed bag height and production up to 400 bags per hour depending on the material to be bagged.

FYQ 20/50 PLUS Machine model with variable bag height with sizes from 60 to 90 centimeters production up to 350 bags per hour depending on the material to be bagged.

Technical Characteristics Bagging Machine

- It has a suspended hopper/pre-weighing scale.

- Pneumatically operated damping system and double bottom closing gate.

- Bag presence detector.

- It can be manufactured with one of the following closing systems:

Sewing: the bagging machine is equipped with a sewing machine that closes the bag.
Thermal: the bagging machine has two heating elements that seal the bag by melting the bag material.

- It has a programmable automaton and touch screen, with recipes, alarms, instantaneous weight indication (Kg.). Recipes can be created by the user from the touch screen.

The machine provides the following data:

- Day and month production with memories for each recipe - Predetermination of weight per sack with memories for each recipe

- No. of production bags per day with memories for each recipe

- Total Kg. weighed with memories for each recipe - Equipment status within the cycle. PRODUCTION

- Up to 400 bags/hour with bags from 20 to 50 Kg. *Depending on the type of product, work operation.

With the possibility of manual or automatic bag placement.
